Meet Jody and Sherri, the proud owners of Smart Docks and Decks, LLC. Jody established the company in Rockport, Texas, in the spring of 2021, drawing on his extensive background in the marine construction industry. Having worked for his father at Smart Docks Inc. and later becoming a partner in 2006, Jody possesses invaluable experience and knowledge in the design and construction of docks, decks, and other marine structures.

 

In early 2021, with the dissolution of Smart Docks Inc., Jody embraced the opportunity to continue the family tradition under the banner of Smart Docks and Decks, LLC. Sherri joined the business alongside Jody in the spring of 2021, bringing her extensive administrative background to enhance the daily operations of the office.
